I officially hit my goal of 80% improved which we thought would never happen. Last month Dr Frogley wanted to see if I could get any higher than 65%. We were shooting for maybe 70%, but in a month I did so awesome and reached 80%!!! When he told me I couldn't stop smiling and then he couldn't either. Now it is time for stabilization so that my ligaments can heal in the right places and I will never have problems again...hopefully!
